As the founder and CEO of the consulting firm, Abdirashid Abdulkadir Warsame brings a wealth of academic and professional expertise to drive our company's success. Holding advanced university degrees in relevant fields: Master of Arts (MA) in Peace and Security Studies from the Institute of Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) of the Addis Ababa University (AAU); Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Nairobi School of Business (NSB) of the University of Nairobi (UoN); complemented by Post-graduate Diplomas (PGDs) in International Relations and, Governance and Diplomacy for Peace and Security (GDPS), as well as professional training in Project Management, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence from the outset of his academic journey.

He is an agronomist (Somalia National University) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies (Africa Graduate University (AGU).

Omar Abdullahi is an experienced projects initiation, proposals and budgeting. He is well experienced in project management, training & transaltion. He was worked for many international NGOs and for major institutions of the Federal Republic of Somaliaour admin and finance director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of London, and a Master’s Degrees in International Cooperation & Humanitarian Aid and another Master’s degree in Education.
